Making changes to orders

Once your order is placed, it is difficult to make changes. We will make every attempt to accommodate customer requests. However once the order is in processing and you wish to make changes, a change fee will be applied.


Please contact customer service via email at Response time is generally within 24 hours and rarely exceeds 48 hours, except for weekends and holidays. Every attempt is made to answer all customer requests in a timely fashion. All requests will be answered in the order they were received. Sending multiple requests will slow down response times.
